Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Depending on stock availability and your location our products will ship from different warehouses. If your item is in stock the shipping times will be as follows:

USA Domestic Orders:

All orders ship within 1-2 working days. Delivery time 1-3 days for Cat Caves, 2-8 days for other products. 

Worldwide Orders:

All orders ship within 1-3 working days.

Delivery time:

Canada - 5 to 7 days

Europe - 7 to 10 days

Australia - 10 to 14 days

Rest of the World - 10 - 14 days

If for any reason an item is out of stock, low stock, pre-sale or made to order you will see a note on the product page under the 'add to cart' button when ordering with estimated shipping times, so please do check this before ordering. However do not worry your order will still get to you, just please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery while we re-stock. Each cat cave is hand-felted with love and care so cannot be rushed. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return any product within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund if your product is faulty. The customer will cover the cost of return shipping charges. Please click on the Contact Us page and we will be happy to provide you with a return address. Please note that some items ship from the USA and others from Nepal. Therefore please be prepared to pay for the return shipping to either of these locations at your own cost. Once we have received your order and confirmed that the fault is a handicraft issue we will be able to issue a full refund. We are however unable to refund shipping charges. 

Tracking numbers expire after a certain time period has passed therefore we ask you to contact us as quickly as possible if your order has not arrived as otherwise we will not be able to help you if it has been over 60 days since your purchase. 

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on all wool products for hygiene reasons. Unless of course the product is faulty in which case we can offer a full refund or exchange your product for a new one. 

Please note that all Christmas Sweaters are made to order therefore are non-refundable. 

If your order has not yet shipped you may cancel your order and we will issue a full refund. Please note that once your order has shipped we cannot issue a refund or cancel the order while it is in transit. Once you receive your order you may return it to us and we will issue a full refund once we have received your order back to our warehouse and checked the items are still in a new and unused condition. 

All refunds will appear on your statement in 5-10 working days on average.
