SHIPPING POLICY

Depending on stock availability and your location our products will ship from different warehouses. If your item is in stock the shipping times will be as follows:

USA Domestic Orders:

All orders ship within 1-3 working days. Delivery time 1-8 days. 

Worldwide Orders:

All orders ship within 1-3 working days. Delivery time 12-14 days. 

If for any reason an item is out of stock, low stock or made to order you will see a note on the product page when ordering with estimated shipping times, so please do check this before ordering. However do not worry your order will still get to you, just please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery while we re-stock. Each cat cave is hand-felted with love and care so cannot be rushed.

Please note we do not ship to Africa, Central America or Caribbean Islands, South America.
